This room has a closet, en suite bathroom with shower and large windows looking East, South, and West. This room is bright and friendly, and creates a mood of safety, confidence, and a little nostalgia.

best for: movement artists, writers
This room has a queen size bed pushed into one corner to create ample space for movement on the hard wood floor, or for spreading out large works. The desk is a small drafting table which can be raised at an angle for painting and drawing, or used flat. Windows face South, West, and North, making the room particularly bright in the afternoons and evenings. The room could also be described as the voyage out. It encourages discovery, expeditions into your practice, and an appetite for newness.

This room has a king size bed and a drafting table which can be raised at an angle for painting or drawing, or used flat. This room is slightly dimmer than the others, as it has two windows on the North side, and the aesthetic is slightly more modern. The room has the asceticism of the desert and encourages aloneness, meditation, and voyages inward.

Studio #5, cabin, en suite best for: messy work, ceramics
This room has an unfinished floor and a large desk wrapped in raw canvas. 5 small windows, located on the North and East sides of the house, open by latch (unscreened) for ventilation and a breeze. King size bed and en suite bathroom with soaking tub, overlooking the backyard. This room has the smallest overall footprint and the most rustic finish, creating a snug atmosphere reminiscent of summer camp, picnic tables, bowls filled with sliced watermelon, etc.
