Volatile House is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Victorian spread over two floors, with spacious shared living spaces including a study and games room, living room, dining room with seating for 12, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The grounds include a 42’ heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, bocce court, secluded outdoor dining, poolhouse, outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen. 

Large windows, modern art, curated design, and playful interventions draw inspiration from the artists that Volatile House hosts, contributing to an experience of rest, kinship, and pleasure. 

Artists use the rooms as hybrid studios, hotel guests fit into comfy suites between the residencies, and the flexible spaces at Volatile House host a full calendar of events, creative workshops, and collaborative gatherings.
